SLIP & FALL
Our Client, slipped and fell while descending a flight of stairs within the building and as a result fractured his arm and ankle. By proving that the stairs were defective and in violation of the Building Code, we procured a settlement of $1,800,000.00 on behalf of our Client.
MEDICAL MALPRACTICE
Our Client was a patient in a hospital who had an emergency surgery on his fractured ankle. The surgeons negligently performed an open reduction and internal fixation of the fractured ankle and our Client was forced to have additional surgery. On establishing the surgeons’ negligence, we obtained a settlement of $1,650,000.00 for our Client.
AIRPLANE CRASH
A Mother, Daughter and Infant son were killed in a plane crash. The airline contended that they were only liable to pay as per the Warsaw Convention Limits i.e. up to $1 million. On deciding that the amount was not enough, we commenced a lawsuit against the airline compelling them to pay $9.75 million to our Clients.
